- A tailored coaching program of career coaching sessions (made up of 3 or 6 contracted sessions together)
- Dedicated time to deep dive into your career goals and aspirations
- Coaching exercises that are designed to aid you in building your self-awareness, goal setting and reflection.
- Following the program, a reflective session together to provide you with space to explore how things have changed for you, key learnings and any identified patterns to build self-awareness.
- Between sessions email/whatsapp support.

1:1 Career coaching program £216 (3 x 90 minute sessions)
Job Search Support (online) *These sessions can be held in person, in Exeter, Devon
- A 12-week personalised programme that is designed to help job seekers effectively navigate the job market and provide you with the skills, support and confidence to be successful in your job search.
- Included is:
- Career assessment: Evaluating your skills, values, interests and career goals through coaching discussions and exercises
- Development Plan: A tailored job search strategy
- CV, Covering letter and Application review to highlight your skills and achievements to potential employers
- Job search strategies: Guidance on identifying job opportunity's and industries
- Interview preparation: Practising interview questions and interview skills to build your confidence
- Mock interview: providing you with a relevant job advert to apply, and interview for.
- Job Application support: Providing 1:1 support for the duration of your job applications
- A first 90 days worksheet to set you up for success in your new role
- A coaching session together to reflect on your first month in your new post
- If you are successful in receiving a job offer within the first 6 weeks of us working together you will be refunded 50%
